Weekly stirring of the fine lees during fermentation adds texture, followed by approximately ten months of barrel ageing with regular topping up to preserve freshness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis careful approach brings together the character of Chardonnay, the influence of its Burgundy origin and the texture developed through time in barrel.
