1.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from TH Wine Shop.

2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.

2.3 We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide valid identification, the delivery will be refused and no refund will be issued.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment 訂單確認及付款

3.1 An order is considered confirmed only after:

4.1 All products are subject to availability. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will:

5.3 Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery.

Hong Kong Delivery 香港地區送貨

Free Delivery 免費送貨

We offer free delivery to standard Hong Kong urban areas for orders of HK$5,000 or above. Orders below this amount will incur a delivery fee of HK$150 per location.

凡購物滿港幣 $5,000 即可享免費送貨服務至香港市區單一地點。未達此金額之訂單將收取港幣 $150 送貨費。

Delivery Timeframe 送貨時間

Delivery will be arranged within 3-5 working days upon order confirmation. Remote areas may require additional scheduling time.

Remote Areas & Surcharges 偏遠地區及附加費

Delivery to the following areas will incur an additional surcharge of HK$200: Hong Kong International Airport, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Chek Lap Kok.

Delivery service does not include outlying islands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay). For deliveries to other outlying islands or special arrangements, please contact us for a quote.

Walk-up buildings: Additional HK$50 per order will be charged for deliveries to walk-up buildings (3rd floor or above).

Door signs and building markers are for reference only and may vary. Please ensure you provide a clear, detailed delivery address to avoid any confusion.

Delivery Address Changes 更改送貨地址

If you wish to change the delivery address or delivery date, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Incorrect address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery fees or cancel the order.

Inspection Upon Delivery 收貨時檢查

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, leakage, or missing items, please inform the delivery staff immediately and contact us within 2 working days with photos or videos for verification.

客人有責任於收貨時檢查所有貨品。如發現任何損毀、滲漏或缺漏，請立即通知送貨人員，並於 2 個工作天內連同相片或影片聯絡我們以作查核。

Delivery to Commercial Locations 商業地址送貨

We deliver to restaurants, hotels, event venues, and offices. However, once the delivery is signed for, we are not responsible for any subsequent loss or damage.

本店可送貨至餐廳、酒店、宴會場地及辦公室。但貨品簽收後，本店不承擔任何其後的遺失或損毀責任。

International Shipping 國際送貨

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions, including but not limited to Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and other destinations. Delivery fees, timeframes, and regulations vary depending on the destination and order size. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

本店提供國際送貨服務至多個國家及地區，包括日本、新加坡、台灣及其他目的地。運費、時間及規定視乎目的地及訂單大小而定。請聯絡我們查詢運費報價。

Customs and import duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. TH Wine Shop is not responsible for any delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

At TH Wine Shop, we are committed to delivering wines in perfect condition. Due to the nature of wine as a perishable product, we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.

No Returns or Exchanges 不設退換貨

All wine sales are final. Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, wines cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons including but not limited to:

Wines priced at HK$1,000 or above per bottle, and/or wines aged 10 years or older, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Goods 破損或有缺陷貨品

We only accept returns or exchanges for goods that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Inspection Requirement 檢查要求

Customers must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If any damage, leakage, or defect is found, you must:

Order Cancellation 取消訂單

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled. If you insist on cancelling a confirmed order, a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value will be charged.

訂單確認及付款後不可取消。如客人堅持取消已確認訂單，將收取訂單金額 15% 之取消手續費。

Our Responsibility 本店責任

TH Wine Shop is committed to quality control. However, we are not responsible for:

  Natural wine sediment or cork particles (which are normal characteristics of wine) 天然酒渣或軟木碎屑（屬葡萄酒正常特徵）
  
• 
  Wine that has been stored improperly after delivery 送貨後儲存不當之葡萄酒
  
• 
  Damage or loss after delivery has been signed for at commercial locations (hotels, restaurants, offices, etc.) 於商業地點（酒店、餐廳、辦公室等）簽收後之損毀或遺失
