Maison Les Petits Lieux Bourgogne Aligoté 2023 is a crisp white from Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, crafted by Guillaume Rouget and Laure Guilloteau at Henri Jayer’s historic Vosne-Romanée estate. Made from 100% Aligoté grapes sourced mainly around Meursault, it ferments in tanks and 350L barrels with indigenous yeasts, followed by one year in seasoned Burgundian oak. Fresh and vivid with delicate perfume, it bursts with citron confit, kumquat, acacia, white pepper, chalky minerality, and soft almond—its biting acidity drives a vertical palate and spicy citrus finish (88 points). Drink 2025-2028 with gougères or oily fish. Micro-production of 5,590 bottles.
