In 2023, Guillaume Rouget and his wife, oenologist Laure Guilloteau, purchased this legendary winery. Guillaume is Emmanuel Rouget's son—and Emmanuel is Henri Jayer's nephew, the "true heir" to Jayer's style. Such lineage can be a curse: people expect you to imitate, to rebuild, to simply be the past. But they refused.
