Bottled under the Koji et Jae Hwa name, this white wine belongs to the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation and offers a distinctive addition to a collection focused on Burgundy’s smaller producers and unusual varieties.

Koji Nakada and Jae Hwa Park established Maison Lou Dumont in 2000, later developing their own vineyard holdings. Their estate wines carry the couple’s names, reflecting a personal approach to growing grapes and expressing individual sites. La Violette is also associated with other grape varieties in their range; this particular bottle is the Pinot Gris from the 2022 harvest.
