Les Vins de Yura Pinot Blanc 2022, from Jintaro Yura in Alsace, is bottled as L’Abeille et le Papillon, a poised, textural blend dominated by Pinot Blanc with Auxerrois. Sourced from organically farmed, clay‑limestone parcels around Gueberschwihr and Rouffach, it is fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees in a mix of stainless steel and larger barrels for about 10 months. The wine shows delicate stone fruit, gentle spice and crushed‑rock minerality, wrapped in supple acidity and umami‑tinged depth, making it exceptionally food‑friendly.
