2021 Hirsch Vineyard Rosé

The 2021 Hirsch Vineyard Rosé of Pinot Noir is a savoury, textural estate rosé that acts as a different lens on this rugged Sonoma Coast site. Entirely from estate Pinot Noir, it is made with destemmed fruit, brief maceration and gentle pressing, yielding a pale, aromatic wine.
