2023 Ming Yi Collection (Above the Creek + Beneath the Temple)

酩一 Collection (桃溪之上 + 嵐若之下)

Mingyi Winery was established in 2019. Its vineyards are located in Jiangpo and Adong villages, Deqin County, Yunnan, on high-altitude slopes halfway up the snow-covered mountains, at an average elevation of 2,700 metres.

Through exceptionally high-density planting—up to 20,000 vines per hectare—and sustainable vineyard management, the winery practises natural farming and achieves naturally low yields. Each hectare of vineyard produces only 2,600 litres of grape juice, half the average yield of the Deqin region. Four vines produce one bottle of wine.
