Explore four individual expressions of Burgundy's Aligoté grape in this collection of four 750 ml bottles, with one bottle of each wine included.

Adrien Lattard Bourgogne Aligoté 2024 introduces a Beaune-born producer who established his own label in 2022 after working with leading Burgundy estates. Domaine Guilbert-Gillet Bourgogne Aligoté Aux Boutières 2022 represents the small Savigny-lès-Beaune domaine founded by Benjamin Guilbert and Caroline with René Gillet, whose approach centres on attentive vineyard work and traditional methods.

Domaine Nicolas Faure Bourgogne Aligoté Les Vignes Blanches 2024 comes from a tiny parcel in Pernand-Vergelesses, planted in 2021 with selection massale material from Sylvain Pataille. Whole-cluster pressing, ambient-yeast fermentation and maturation in used barrels form the cuvée's cellar approach. Les Horées Bourgogne Aligoté En Coulezain 2020 completes the selection, bringing Catharina Sadde's interpretation of Aligoté from vineyards in Volnay and Pommard.

Together, these wines offer an engaging tasting across four producers and three vintages. Serve moderately chilled and compare them alongside seafood, roast poultry, vegetable dishes or fresh goat's cheese, allowing each bottle time to develop in the glass.
