Aligoté Collection — 5 Bottles (Including 1 Magnum)
Explore Aligoté through a five-bottle selection bringing together four Burgundy producers and Johannes Aufricht from Germany's Lake Constance region. With different vintages and a generous magnum included, this collection invites a relaxed comparison of place, producer and bottle age, making it an engaging choice for a shared tasting or a wine-focused dinner.
The set includes one bottle of each:
- 2020 Lou Dumont Bourgogne Aligoté “1908” — 750mL
- 2025 Johannes Aufricht Aligoté — 750mL
- 2024 Adrien Lattard Bourgogne Aligoté — 750mL
- 2023 Les Petits Lieux Bourgogne Aligoté — 1.5L Magnum
- 2015 Jean-Claude Ramonet Bourgogne Aligoté — 750mL
Les Petits Lieux is the project of Guillaume Rouget and Laure Guilloteau, while Lou Dumont's “1908” cuvée takes its name from the planting year of its Aligoté vineyard. Alongside Adrien Lattard, Jean-Claude Ramonet and Johannes Aufricht, these wines offer a varied starting point for exploring the grape.
Serve lightly chilled in matching glasses and revisit each wine as it opens. Suggested table companions include seafood, roast chicken and fresh goat's cheese. Five bottles in total: four 750mL bottles and one 1.5L magnum, giving 4.5 litres to share.
